Font error when you try to open a document for translation

Description: You are trying to open a document for Translation, but you receive a General error that complains about a missing font.


Potential cause: A language pack is missing from Windows. This usually happens in Windows 10 and with the Korean language, but it may affect other languages or Windows versions.


To install a language pack in Windows:

  1. Open Control Panel, and choose Language.
  2. Click Add language, then choose the language you need, and - at the bottom - click Add
  3. Next to the language, click Options. The Options page opens for that language.
  4. Click Download and install language pack.
